BTEC Level 3 in Security Management (Head Door Supervision)

It is vital that anyone working as a Head Door Supervisor has the skills, knowledge and training required to fulfil their duties. This BTEC Level 3, is a two day training programme, delivered by Rutherford Training, which builds on the training that you have already received and compliments and blends this knowledge with managerial and operational skills that are required to effectively manage an operational door security team.

Corporate Security Management Training

Skills Coach Programme

Skills for Security has negotiated new funding that will enable employers to recoup most of the cost of training the Skills Coaches associated with the Security Practitioner programme. Skills Coaches are required to assess, mentor and coach security officers in the workplace. The two-day course with a little pre and post course work, ensures that the Skills Coach is properly trained in getting to know the learner, setting goals, supporting the learner,

communication and supporting the assessment process and explains the process for successfully steering security officers to achievement of the Security Practitioner qualification.
